·         Individual or group sessions (up to 4 people)

·         Discounted rates for multi-session packages

·         Free introductory phone session

 

Teams/businesses: 

·         Workshops on specific mental skills (e.g., Focusing & Dealing with Distraction, Effective Goal Setting, Stress Management, Dealing with Setbacks & Frustrations, Mental Toughness Training)

·         Team building - how to establish a culture of excellence

·         Season-long consultation which includes meetings with the team, individual athletes, and coaching staff (if desired), as well as visits to practices and competitions

 

Athletic departments:

·         Leadership training for team captains

·         Monthly or yearly contracts which would include availability for all teams in the form of team, individual, and coach consultation

·         Individual workshops on selected topics
