·         Current member of Team USA for triathlon (ranked 13th in the world in age group)
·         Top 10 placement in overall female finishers in nearly every triathlon in which I have competed
·         Former track athlete specializing in 400m hurdles, 1600m relay, 400m, and 200m

·         Certified mental training consultant through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP-CC #203)
·         On the U.S. Olympic Committee Registry for Sport Psychology
·         Ph.D. in sport psychology from the University of Tennessee
·         M.S. in sport psychology from California State University, Fullerton
·         B.A. in psychology from University of California, Los Angeles

Additional Experience:
Teaching:
·         As a professor, (currently in the Kinesiology Department at Occidental College in Los Angeles), I have taught classes such as applied sport psychology, psychology of injury, and psychology of coaching
Consultation:
·        
All levels of athletic competition – high school, collegiate, Olympic, professional, and recreational athletes, as well as coaches

·         I have consulted with business professionals who feel like they are not performing up to their potential, and was a performance consultant for the MBA program at the University of Tennessee, where we focused on improving communication and group effectiveness, and developed strategies for accomplishing goals and improving overall experiences; I also recently worked with a SWAT team to strengthen team identity and commitment
·         Sports – I am able to work with athletes in any sport, however I have the most experience with triathlon, track and field, cycling, long distance running, swimming, tennis, soccer, speedskating, pistol shooting, baseball, softball, volleyball, rowing, and rock climbing
