· As a professor, (currently in the Kinesiology Department at Occidental College in Los Angeles), I have taught classes such as applied sport psychology, psychology of injury, and psychology of coaching

· I have consulted with business professionals who feel like they are not performing up to their potential, and was a performance consultant for the MBA program at the University of Tennessee, where we focused on improving communication and group effectiveness, and developed strategies for accomplishing goals and improving overall experiences; I also recently worked with a SWAT team to strengthen team identity and commitment
